Headaches.

I think I may be experiencing carb withdrawal symptoms. Headaches mostly. But they have been getting better. I had a tablespoon of olive oil today with breakfast and another one with my lunch, and my energy levels seem pretty constant. I can't believe I'm doing this. My weight today was at 97kg on my shitty inaccurate scale. Seems a long way from 207 kg.

The new blogger interface is... confusing, for now. Today was a strange day. I'm still adjusting to trying to eat paleo style. I didn't keep in mind, however, hydration. Today I had a headache that only went away after 750 ml of water. Then when I got home, I crashed. I texted Karim and asked what was going on, he said I should increase my fat intake. SOOOO I had 2/3 of a can of coconut milk. That stuff would taste amazing if it was blended with ice and honey. Anyways, for next time, a spoonful of olive oil will do the trick. Coconut milk seems a good idea of protein shakes and stuff like that.
I skipped capoeira tonight due to that headache. When I woke up, it was gone, and then I had coconut milk.
Tomorrow I intend on working out at school. I'll see what happens.

Hm, Tuesday night.

I've been eating paleo style for the past few days, and I fucked it up today by having whey protein and a sausage, which apparently is processed. But it's fine, I'll keep at it tomorrow.
Today I did some push ups and some other stuff. I really wanna be good for Saturday's capoeira class. I don't feel good enough for this week.
I really should start paying attention to my injuries. My left shoulder is annoying the shit out of me and I still cant feel my middle fingers. Typing feels odd.
ANYWAYS.
Bye =D

What a month and a half.

Alright, I'm finally back.
I went to work away for about two months. Or a month and a half, I lost track of time.
My work was mostly physical, and I never really had time to eat a decent meal. So, that ends up in fat loss, since I did keep eating proteins almost every day.
I'm right now at about 200 pounds. Not bad, compared to my previous 226.
I can do pull ups, I can train in a much easier fashion, and I also am attempting to switch my diet to paleolythic diet.
Apparently everybody has noticed that I've lost weight. But it's not something I necessarily like to hear.
"You lost weight? That's good =D"
After having two people I know affected by eating disorders (and maybe three, my Chinese friend might have been), it's not something I like to hear. I'm not into this to lose weight, but to be the best I can.
