My workout as of late consists of:
Seated tricep press, 10 reps 1 set, 25 lbs
Pull ups, 10
Dips, 10
Calf raises, 10. Due to the lack of propper equipment, I do these under a low roof where I can reach with my hands and just push with my arms.
Crunches: for these I use the ab roller. It's not really the same, but it does work out my core to get it hard as rock.
Barbell Squats, 140 lbs, 10 reps, 1 set. I use a smith machine, and I want to kill it dead. I do this because it's the only thing I have available to me. This machine is terrible. It's a terrible invention, I don't give a flying fuck who says it's not.
Leg extensions, 10 reps 1 set, level 15
Leg curls, 10 reps, 1 set, level 5
Dumbell pullover, 10 reps, 1 set. I do these holding two 25 lbs dumbells.
Military press, 100 lbs, 10 reps, 1 set
Seated cable row, level 16, 10 reps 1 set
Bench press, 110 lbs 10 reps, 1 set. I want to change these to 100 lbs since they have 50 lbs dumbells.
Curls, 10 reps, 1 set, 25 lbs. I shouldnt cheat myself with these. The 30 lbs ones, I can do the first 5. The last 5 look like shit.
Now, this workout is before having spoken to my friend Karim. I have to change this to suit what he suggested. I want to make sorta like IT'S LEGS MONDAY, IT'S CORE WEDNESDAY, IT'S ARMS FRIDAY, and rest a bit Tuesdays and Thursdays, or maybe just chill out.
I'll see what I end up doing. It'll be great.

Yeah.
203.7
Tomorrow my weight is bound to go up a bit though. Today I've had mostly just liquids. I'll post a picture to follow. This time I'll actually do it, compared to my previous times, lol.
Also, my good friend Karim (whom should get a lot of credit, after he trains athletes for a living), has suggested that I lose my weight through lifting, not cardio. He drew a graph which made sense to me, showing how if I did long cardio my cortisone levels would remain up, when I need those to go down so my body doesnt get stuck in that repetitive wtf-feed-me mode. I will listen to what he says, and I will change my work out to suit his suggestions. After all, he does know what I'm doing much more than I do.
So, yes, pictures to follow.

I think I'm doing well
Tuesdays and Thursdays are tiring. Those days I try to run for half hour. However, lately, I've only been able to do 25 minutes ish. I gotta step it up and get back to half hour. I'm at about 211 pounds. Things are looking good.

oh my monday.
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, they consist of this:
Wake up at 6 am. Very light breakfast. Coffee at work. EC and fish oil. Possibly another coffee and a small granola bar (15.5 grams, from which 11 grams are carbs, 70 calories), and then, work out at lunch.
How it goes:
Seated tricep press, 10 reps, 25 lbs each arm.
Pull-ups, 10.
Dips, 10.
Calf raises, 10.
Crunches (or well, ab roller) 10.
Barbell squats, 10, 140 lbs.
Leg extensions, 10, setting 15. Used to be 12, but I upped it by mistake and can't back down.
Standing leg curls, 10, setting 5.
Dumbell pull-over.Ribcage expansion, 10 at 45 lbs.
Seated military press, 10 at 110 lbs.
Seated cable row, 10 at setting 15.
Bench press, 10 at 110 lbs.
Bicep curls, 10, 30 lbs.
There is room for gradual improvement. My pull-ups started at 8, very spaced. I can do better now, though still not 10 in a ro2. Dips, started at 8, I'm now at 10. Leg extensions, started at 12, I'm now at 15. Dumbell pullover, started with 9 reps, I'm squeezing in the 10th one. Military press, a 10 lb increase, and same bench press. I hope I don't get out of track again. I am seeing a bit of progress, but I want to see much much more.

Well, this is what's been new.
I have been working out daily.
Tuesdays and Thursdays, just cardio. Run like hell.
Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays, I have a routine, but I can't recall exactly what I'm doing. It's a list that I keep at work. That's where my gym is at.
I will post it as soon as I can.
I have tried to keep a caloric deficit, having fish oil, some EC (no aspirin), and whey after lifting.
Oh, and I'm at about 213 lbs. Pictures to come soon, ish, maybe.
