205.4. But I'm thirsty and a bit hungry, so lets say 207 late at night.
The dash was amazing. I still think of the obstacles I went through, and how easily I went over them.
I can do things. I can make them happen.

Snap.
So, my freak-out mode brought good results. I dropped about 15 lbs in total in two weeks. I also did the warrior dash, with position 388 out of 2525 people that ran it, plus two disqualified people.
388, Mauy the Scarecrowy, 79308, 25, M, 46:29.60, 13:15/M.
I'm proud. But I have to be better next time. =]
Now it's not the time to drop the ball. I have to keep this going.
Next race will be in august. I don't know where, but I have to find out soon!

So, about last night
I went for a nap yesterday and woke up today at 4 am. A low caloric intake makes you tired. However, it does bring up a good point, that sleep is more than necessary for a good diet. I mean, the more you are awake, the more you eat. And usually, when you're awake for too long, it's not necessarily moving around, but sitting in front of the TV. Or at least that's in my case.
I uploaded two pictures this morning. On an empty stomach (ish), I was at 205.4 lbs. I am very surprised, it's been over 15 lbs (maybe I waterloaded that sunday that scared me shitless), but it's still 15 lbs lighter than that sunday. I am seeing results almost daily. I feel lighter, muscle definition is increasing, yadda yadda yadda. I feel much better about myself.
Maybe my goal of 200 lbs by the end of this week is crazy, but seeing these numbers, it makes me think that, yes, it will be hard, but it's not impossible.
Now, if I made it to 200 lbs by this weekend, what if I make it to 190 next week after the dash?
I wonder if that's pushing it. Fast weight loss tends to be unhealthy. After the dash I'll see my doctor and do some blood tests to see if this crazy diet has screwed with my stuff-in-blood-levels.
All I know for now is that I feel good. I mean, no smoking, no junkfood, no drinking. Hell, this is good.

Snap, over 10 pounds in less than two weeks.
I have been working out almost twice per day, and going on a caloric deficit of about 1000 calories, while trying to have a somewhat decent protein intake. This is basically day 7 of this ordeal. I have 12 days to the warrior dash.
Today I ran for half hour during my lunch. Maybe that's why this day has been so rough. I feel a bit light headed, and somebody's armpit smell in an enclosed room (go people!) wasn't helping it.
Okay, I gotta get back to make measurements. I wonder if I'll get to my ridiculous goal of 200lbs by the end of this week...
I wonder if it's even possible. What I'm doing is borderline unhealthy. I'm much lighter, but I understand that as soon as I'm done losing weight, I'll regain a lot of weight as soon as I start eating regular food.
My arms are more defined. My face feels a bit slimmer, and clothes fit better.
I forgot to upload a picture. I'll try tonight.
I wish somebody would remind me xD

Well then
This week I have pushed the hardest I have ever pushed. The scale said 209.5.
I doubted it, so I moved it to another spot (flatter ground) and did it again. And again. And again.
I have worked out twice per day and lowered my caloric intake to about 1000 calories and about 140 grams of protein. I hope I can sustain this for two more weeks. I want to be in my best shape possible for he dash.
Picture day will be tomorrow. I will try to remember.
