Alright, I'm finally back.
I went to work away for about two months. Or a month and a half, I lost track of time.
My work was mostly physical, and I never really had time to eat a decent meal. So, that ends up in fat loss, since I did keep eating proteins almost every day.
I'm right now at about 200 pounds. Not bad, compared to my previous 226.
I can do pull ups, I can train in a much easier fashion, and I also am attempting to switch my diet to paleolythic diet.
Apparently everybody has noticed that I've lost weight. But it's not something I necessarily like to hear.
"You lost weight? That's good =D"
After having two people I know affected by eating disorders (and maybe three, my Chinese friend might have been), it's not something I like to hear. I'm not into this to lose weight, but to be the best I can.
